The consortium officially kicked off its first GA with a full day of presentations, alignment and hands-on collaboration at the Conference & Cultural Center of the University of Patras!
Day 1 set the scene with a warm welcome and an overview of the project鈥檚 administrative and financial framework, led by UPAT, we then dove into the core of BLUEPRINT with dedicated sessions on:
馃敼 WP1: Project Management (UPAT), outlining governance and progress
馃敼 WP4: Multi-dimensional urban context analysis (UCD)
馃敼 WP5: Methodological frameworks (University of the Aegean)
馃敼 WP9: Pilot Condition Assessment (ABUD)
馃敼 WP14: Exploitation, Communication and Dissemination strategy (R2M)
馃敼 A collaborative working session on WP4-5, facilitated by the University of the Aegean, brought partners together to align stakeholder analysis of each pilot 馃嚠馃嚜 馃嚚馃嚨 馃嚟馃嚭 馃嚞馃嚪 馃嚠馃嚬 with co-design frameworks.
Day 2, was all about ideas coming to life; tools, platforms and people connecting the dots!
The consortium dived into the digital side of BLUEPRINT, with inspiring sessions on co-designing tools, exploring Digital Twins and AR/VR environments and seeing how everything fits together into one shared platform.
Lots of demos, great questions and brainstorming in the room!
We then discussed participation and co-creation; the way we will include citizens, stakeholders and communities into shaping scenarios and giving feedback to make our solutions better, more inclusive and more real.
The afternoon zoomed out to the human side of innovation: learning, training, curiosity networks and how we make sure BLUEPRINT knowledge doesn鈥檛 stay on slides but actually spreads, sticks and scales.
A fruitful meeting which brought great ideas to the table, in shaping BLUEPRINT into the solution that is meant to stay.
