The BLUEPRINT solution is designed to be scaled. The NEB Replication Toolbox, curated by ICLEI Europe, converts the project’s technical and social innovations into an actionable guide for other municipalities. Rooted in the New European Bauhaus values (Sustainable, Together, Beautiful), this toolbox provides the “instructions manual” for cities wishing to adopt the BLUEPRINT approach.

It specifically supports the “Follower Cities” of the Curiosity Network, offering them tailored replication roadmaps, policy recommendations (D11.2), and financing models. It bridges the gap between a pilot project and widespread urban transformation, ensuring that the benefits of digital twins and co-design can be replicated across Europe regardless of a city’s size or location.
